At Wireless Electronics, we're committed to getting your tech products to you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Canada - All provinces and territories
  • United States - All 50 states

We're working on expanding to additional countries. Stay tuned!

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (5-10 business days)
Our most economical option. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

Expedited Shipping (3-5 business days)
Faster delivery for when you need your tech sooner.

Express Shipping (1-3 business days)
Our fastest option for urgent orders.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery address
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75 CAD within Canada and the US (standard shipping only).

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  • Direct link to track your package
  • Estimated delivery date

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your building's mail room. Contact us at rbxsuccess@gmail.com within 48 hours and we'll help resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately at rbxsuccess@gmail.com. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Wrong Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at rbxsuccess@gmail.com.

International Customs & Duties

For international orders (when available), customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping costs.
