14-Day Return Window
You may return most products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them
- Products must be in original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Earbuds and in-ear headphones (once opened)
- Digital downloads and software licenses
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at rbxsuccess@gmail.com with your order number
- Provide the reason for return and any relevant photos if the item is defective
- We'll send you return instructions and a return authorization number
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for the same product in a different color, size, or variant if available. To request an exchange:

- Specify which product variant you'd like to receive
- We'll confirm availability and provide exchange instructions
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
- Return shipping will be covered by us
