How do I track my order?

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days within Canada and the US. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to Canada and the United States. We're working on expanding to additional countries soon.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping is available on orders over $75 CAD.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy on most products. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our Return Policy for full details.

How do I return an item?

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
